Square 1 can design, develop and deliver your custom container creation, all we need is your imagination.
 
Typically residential single family homes start at a base cost of $150 per square foot finished.  This includes interior & exterior finishes, features and fenestration.  Energy Star appliances as well as LEED certification come standard with construction.  Location and permitting of your project determine final construction costs.  Land is not included with the price of the home and must be secured before construction can commence.  Smaller, more modular projects can be priced at a negotiated cost per project as well as custom considerations.

Custom created designs by Keith Dewey, Zigloo can define designs and develop small studio spaces, custom cabin cottages as well as residential and commercial concepts for construction.  Scalable, sustainable, structural and simple.
Custom Container Creations
 
Create your own container concepts.  Starting from Square One, you can build from 160-320 square feet of studio space, to multiple , movable stackable structures.  Like livable Legos, container construction can be sustainable, scable creations that define your design, modern modular methods that are created from "The strongest box in the world."
